Roadside Sights (I-17)
We met Chris's mom, sister Becca, and brother-in-law Jim at the Grand Canyon for the first weekend of April. We may not have had ideal weather, but we sure made the best of it. Our first family vacation was a great success. Our six-month-old daughter, Charlotte, proved to be a happy little trekker, making friends for us wherever she went.
I wish we had taken more pictures of the snow, hail, sleet, etc. that we encountered along our way -- we mostly only had the camera out at the nicer moments. It was an amazing adventure, and one we would have a difficult time ever forgetting.
