Our Little Girl

Welcome Baby Quinn!

Charlotte's Aunt Becca & Uncle Jim have a new baby boy, James Quinn Lancaster, born 8-29. We are so excited about his arrival! Congratulations!

New: Summer 2005 and Vacation Pics

Update: Charlotte is almost 23 months old now. At her last appointment on June 1, she was 24 lb, 13 oz and 34 3/4 inches! She is wearing 24 mo or 2T clothes and size 6 or 6 1/2 shoes.

Baby Brags: Charlotte has added tons of new words. She speaks in sentences most of the time, and likes to make observations about her world. If you ask her if she is okay, she is likely to say "No, Mama, I'm fine." She also likes to make a mess, help clean it up and say "All clean now!" She also makes lots of jokes and says "Baby funny!"

Charlotte has added "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" and "Row Row Row Your Boat" to her singing repertoire. She also makes requests for which song she wants us to sing!

She knows most of her colors and a few shapes, and can count to 10 reliably. She's working on the teens now. She is starting to sing the alphabet song, and calls all letters "B."

Physically, she is doing great. We haven't gotten her to wear her eyeglasses as much as we would like, but we're making progress! She wears them at least 1 hour each day, and sometimes more. She's not eating as well as she used to, but I suppose it's part of the ball game with an almost 2-year-old.
